Wednesday morning is cool and mostly quiet. Temperatures range from the 20s, 30s and 40s, so be sure to bundle up. Light snow is falling in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains along with Angel Fire.

The snow will end today, but rain and storms are possible in the northeastern highlands and far east-central plains this afternoon and evening. Rest of the state will remain sunny and dry throughout the day. Temperatures will be warmer than Tuesday, but still cooler than normal, climbing into the 50s and 60s.

Thursday will be a completely dry day, with mostly to partly sunny skies and even warmer temperatures Although mornings will be cool and around or below freezing, afternoons will be mild, with temperatures in the 60s and 70s about ten to fifteen degrees above average.
